Terms Of Service

GENERAL
Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to my Terms of ServiceI have the right to refuse commission without providing a reasonFeel free to ask any questions via Vgen DM or my social mediaPAYMENTS
Understand that the price set is only the starting price. Starting price is paid up front as well as everything else. (Additional fees can be paid upfront when you ask for them even if I’ve already started and you’ve already paid.)REVISIONS
Free Revisions are allowed.Revisions for small things such as background props, color adjustment, etc are not included in the additional fees. (unless you want things to be revised multiple times after I had already started or finished the line art for it.)Additional Payment for revisions only apply in certain cases. For the most part, all revisions are free anytime but it just depends on the situation and I will let you know when payment will apply.DRAWING PROCESS

Delivery time varies depending on the situation but will always be delivered as fast as possible. I will always give regular updates when I've started the commission. I do not accept rush deadlines since I am a student. Please do not rush me.A high quality PNG of final illustration will be sent as the final delivery - If quality is lacking (Blurry, Pixelization, etc) the final will be sent on another platform that you have available.USE
My art is for personal use only. You own the specific drawing that I drew for you, you paid for it to be drawn. I still have a right to my creations. It is still my art. Please use credit when using my art as a profile picture, banner, etc. (@Konoaye).REFUNDS
No refunds. If I have accepted money from you, your commission will be finished. (There is an entire process that there is to go through before you pay. Please don't send in a request if you don't understand the T.O.S. or don't think that the commission is worth it.)COMMUNICATION

PLEASE Communicate with me on whatever app you get notifications on or are on the most. Please do not make me wait because when I am drawing something I want to get it finished soon. So please don't communicate on an app that you rarely use. If the app that you use the most is not listed above just say that and we can figure something out. If we can't agree just turn your notifications on. I won't talk much more than I need to if that's what you want but I don't wanna wait days to finish a commission when I have better things to be doing than waiting.REFUSALS/ DENY
I will refuse to communicate with you further on a commission if you ask me personal questions or say things that make me uncomfortable. Please be friendly but professional and if you cannot do that please don't commission me at all.If you are difficult to deal with as a customer I will not work with you again and will deny working with you if you are hard to communicate with or take days to respond with no good reason. If you ask me to draw things that I've said that I don't draw, I will refuse service.REFERENCES
My work is mainly geared towards artists and people who enjoy art itself.NOT GOOD REFS: Real Life images (portraits), AI Images, anything that does not clearly depict what you are trying to express.GOOD REFS: Images drawn by you, images you’ve received through commissions, images that look similar to the character you want drawn or a compilation of refs that are good enough for you to understand and we can talk about it. Please do not put images into ai.|| Reason || : I have my own preferences, I genuinely don’t like referencing off of people irl, all it does is frustrate me. Everything I draw is FICTIONAL. I don’t think I need to explain why I’m not going to reference ai images.I WILL DRAW
